Mftvabew Warranty Policy
We believe in the craftsmanship of all our products. Our carriers are handmade, so minor cosmetic or other variations may occur, but these do not affect their use or safety. All carriers come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects; accessories and non-carrier products come with a 60-day limited warranty. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.

Accessories and non-carriers (e.g., dribble pads, storage bags, etc.): 60-day warranty

Washing Instructions:
Proper care is essential to maintain the life and performance of your product. Please refer to the washing instructions included with your product. Failure to follow these instructions may damage the product and void your warranty. We recommend washing on a gentle cycle and air drying to preserve the carrier's integrity.
Warranty Exclusions:
Any modifications made after purchase, including but not limited to replacing the ring/buckle, dyeing the fabric, or removing tags, will void the warranty. Products that have been altered or purchased secondhand are not covered by the warranty.
Repairs:
We also offer a limited repair program for US customers. This program covers non-manufacturing issues, such as damage caused by user error (e.g., a broken clasp or strap). Please contact us if you require a repair due to accidental damage. We will be happy to assist you. Repair and shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
