Fulfillment Timeline

We may be a small team, but we're a mighty force! We typically fulfill orders within 3-5 business days. During promotions or new product releases, our shipping time may be 5-7 business days. Some items may experience longer shipping times, which will be clearly stated in the product description.

Shipping within the United States:

All orders shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS or UPS. We offer free Economy Shipping for orders over $215; orders under this amount will be charged a fee of $4.50 or $9.25, depending on the weight of the package. We offer expedited shipping, the exact cost of which will be included in your shopping cart during checkout.

A signature is required for any order over $600.

Shipping Outside the United States:

We're happy to ship worldwide! Unless otherwise stated, we fulfill orders within 3-5 business days. We offer competitive shipping rates, which vary depending on the weight of the package. Shipping to Canada costs $5, $10, or $15, depending on the weight of your package. Shipping to the rest of the world costs $14, $20, or $75, depending on the weight of your package. You can check out your desired items, enter your shipping information, and view the exact shipping costs. We also offer expedited international shipping; the shipping costs will be reflected in your shopping cart during checkout.

Package Protection:

Our package protection is a shipping insurance solution that protects your order in the event that your item is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment.

We understand how disappointing it can be when something unexpected happens to a highly anticipated package. That's why we offer optional package protection. You'll find the option to add package protection in your shopping cart during checkout. Choosing our package protection allows you to file a claim and receive store credit for orders lost or damaged in transit, or to exchange items (if available).

We strongly recommend purchasing package protection so you're covered no matter what. If you don't have package protection insurance, unfortunately, we can't assist with a replacement or refund.
