Return Policy
We design our carriers with all shapes and sizes in mind. Please note that it may take some time for you and your baby to learn how to fit comfortably in the carrier. If you need further assistance, please email Support@mftvabew.shop or schedule a free fitting consultation with one of our baby carrier trainers. We are here to help and guide you.
Returns are accepted within the United States. International orders (including Canada) are considered final sales and are not accepted for returns or exchanges. We accept returns for unused/unworn items purchased directly from our website within twenty (20) days of delivery for a full refund and thirty (30) days of delivery for a store credit (minus shipping costs). Any discounted items (excluding first-time purchase codes) are considered final sales. Original shipping costs and package protection fees are not refundable; return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

If you wish to return an item, please note the following: All returned items must be in new, unused/unworn condition with the registration and all associated tags intact and in the original packaging. Please ensure your return is properly packaged in a shipping box. All return orders are subject to a restocking fee, which includes return shipping.
Once we receive the item, please allow up to five (5) business days to inspect the item and issue a refund. Refunds typically take two (2) to three (3) business days to appear on your credit card. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as a store credit gift card, depending on what is selected on our returns portal. We do not send refund checks for products returned as gifts. We cannot accept returns if the item is found to have been used. Upon receipt of your item, we will inspect it for pet hair, perfume, traces of washing, body fluids, or other damage (such as removed, torn tags, etc.). If we are unable to process your return, we will send an email describing the problem and will return the item to the sender at the customer's expense.
If your order is outside the return period or is a final sale, you can utilize our Treet Marketplace and resell your items directly to other customers.
Mftvabew is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays due to circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other courier delays.
Order Cancellations/Changes
For all inquiries regarding order cancellations/changes, please email Support@mftvabew.shop. If we receive a cancellation or change request within one (1) hour of purchase, we will do our best to ensure the order is canceled and/or changed as requested. Any cancellation/change requests after one (1) hour will not be honored. If your order has been processed before we receive the cancellation request, we will not be able to cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding.
