Customer Service and Orders

We strive to respond to all customer service inquiries within forty-eight (48) hours, Monday through Friday. Please note that items in your shopping cart do not guarantee a purchase. We cannot make any changes to an order once it has been placed.

We reserve the right to refund any purchase.

To ensure fairness and allow everyone to enjoy our limited edition baby carriers, we limit purchases to two of the same fabric/style per customer. This policy helps us control quantities and ensure that more families can experience the joy of baby carriers with our beautiful carriers. Fabric Disclaimer

Our fabrics are made from 100% linen, linen/cotton blends, and linen/cotton blends, which are composed of naturally woven fibers. You may notice some knots (clumps, loops, or chunks in the yarn that develop during the weaving process) or other variations in appearance. These are part of the texture and beauty of our fabrics. These knots are a natural part of the yarn structure and do not affect the integrity of the sling.

Please note that we have made every effort to ensure that the colors and images of the products on our website are as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will display any color accurately.

Each of our slings is handmade by our team of seamstresses, so there may be slight variations. These differences do not affect the functionality of the sling. These subtle differences are what make each sling unique!

We are not responsible for any typographical or printing errors, or for any information on the website that is not current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical or pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
